Remember--A pronoun is used in place of a noun.
Plural pronouns, of course, mean more than one.
"We," "ours," "us" refer to yourself and another(s).
"You," "yours" refer to others to whom you are speaking (Note: "you" and its forms may be singular or plural).
"They," "theirs," "them" refer to others about whom you are talking.
