Homeschool Worksheets:Singular Pronouns
Homeschool worksheets: Use this one for additional practice with singular pronouns.
Memorize--Pronoun: A word used in place of a noun.
**********
It's hard to pronounce and sounds silly to say
"Mark wore Mark's new shoes." or "Mother held Mother's baby on Mother's lap."
Rather, we say
"Mark wore his new shoes." or
"Mother held her baby on her lap."
**********
Use "I," "me," "my," and "mine" when referring to yourself. "You," "your" and "yours" refer to someone with whom you are talking. Use "she," 'her" and "hers" for a girl or woman. Use "he", "him" and "his" for a boy or man.
Use "it" and "its" for an object.
